[Mp4-tech] H264: presentatation time and frame rate

Hello,
I've been trying to find how presentation timistamps are stored in the H264
elementary video stream.
The only place I could find is SEI NAL units, but the streams I've been
working with don't contain SEI's....
The same question for framerate: is it contained somewhere in the elementary
stream?
