We are looking for a Video Firmware Engineer to join our expanding software
team working with Mobilygen's H.264 video chips.
The Video Firmware Engineer will be working within Mobilygen's firmware team
on our proprietary H.264 video codec system-on-a-chip. Activities range from
hardware verification and interfacing to developing audio and video I/O,
decoding, and encoding control software.
The Video Firmware Engineer is responsible for the following:
·	Implement system level playback and encode control software.
·	Manage the real-time datapath for audio and video capture,
synchronization, display, and post-processing.
·	Implementing multimedia stream parsers and interfacing with the hardware
processing modules.
Requirements:
·	BSCS and 3+ years in embedded firmware development.
·	Experience with RTOS or multithreaded environment.
·	Good understanding of software/hardware design partitioning.
·	SoC experience desirable
·	Excellent programming skills in C/C++
·	Working experience with the GNU C/C++ tool chain.
·	Good communication skills.
