Just to clarify, this document only specifies the usage of the reference software (i.e. how to compile and run the software, the meaning and how to adjust the configuration parameters etc). If you are more interested in reference code documentation you may check the doxygen generated documentation that could be found at this link:

It might not be complete but I guess it may still be useful to some.
