[M4IF Technotes] NEWPRED Mode

hi,
  Has anyone used the MoMuSys to get a bitstream on the newpred mode?
  In newpred mode, the coder uses only correctly decoded part for prediction
in an inter-frame coding, that prevents a temporal error propagation and is
intended for realtime feedback system, but I dont see why i cant use it.
