[M4IF Technotes] Short Video header code in Microsoft Decoder

Hi,
The Microsoft decoder (July 3rd 2000 version 2 FDAM1-2.3-001213) fails
on the following streams:
1. short\hit035.m4v
2. short\mit021.m4v
3. short\mit022.m4v
4. short\mit023.m4v
5. short\mit024.m4v
However my decoder was able to decode these streams successfully and the
subjective video quality also looks fine.

Hi all,
	I have the source code of Microsoft
Mpeg4 decoder. I used it to decode the 
conformance streams provided by ISO.
But while decoding the short header streams,
namely mit022.m4v & mit024.m4v, the MS decoder
just exits out flagging some error.
The version that i am using is
Microsoft FPDAM1-1.0-000403.
Is there any bug or something else ?
