[M4IF Technotes] Short Video header code in Microsoft Decoder

Hi all,
	I have the source code of Microsoft
Mpeg4 decoder. I used it to decode the 
conformance streams provided by ISO.
But while decoding the short header streams,
namely mit022.m4v & mit024.m4v, the MS decoder
just exits out flagging some error.
The version that i am using is
Microsoft FPDAM1-1.0-000403.
Is there any bug or something else ?
