[Mp4-tech] [HE-AAC]PS syntax requirements

All,
I am reading through AAC+v2 ISO specification (ISO/IEC 14496-3 AMD 2).
Are there any chapters explaining requirements that legal/compliant PS
bitstream must follow like data range of certain syntax, dependency
between 2 values or assert conditions.
I need these requirements to enable my codec's capability of illegal
stream detection. Actually I have done this for the SBR part according
to 4.6.18.3.6 in 14496-3 AMD 1. So I just think there must be the same
thing in PS specification but have not found yet. (Hope I am not
reading the wrong documentation:))
