Hi KIM,
Profile and level are required to have proper understanding between encoder and decoder.
So, we cannot give an image greater than the resolution specified by profile - level combination.
However, if D1 is the problem, then ISO has added 2 new levels for simple profile.
Level 4a: VGA
Level 5:  D1 (720x576)
And if you still want higher, then use some higher profiles like main etc.
