[Mp4-tech] [H.264 AVC- Data partitioning ] Reference Document

Dear Experts,
I'm currently working on H.264 AVC and more specifically on its Data
partitioning mode.
I have some difficulties to find detailed information in literature (other
than say that data are dispatched into three partitions A, B and C)
Could you please tell me which JVT or reference document I may use to find
these informations, or any other detailed reference about DP mode ?
