[Mp4-tech] Question about H.264

Dear All, 
  I am a student of M.Sc in communication engineering. My project is video watermarking. I want to get DCT coefficients, motion vector and other information in a frame from the H.264 codec. The reference software is jm 12.2 ( http://iphome.hhi.de/suehring/tml/index.htm) . But I don’t know how can get those. I use C++ (6.0) and the operating system is Windows. I was wondering if you would mind helping me. With many thanks.
