Can you specify which stream (if an ISO one) , at what bit rate, with
what optional tools you have used to benchmark performance of your
decoder ?

Hello,
I just started understaning mpeg4 video streaming. I am using darwin
streaming server.I am configuring DSS in reflector mode and created
SDP for the same. And I am using VLC as streamer. 
I am creating SDP file by refering SDP output generated by VLC. So
streaming is working fine.
But I am not able to understand how to calculate config parameter in SDP
file.
Currently I am setting config parameter to the value generated by VLC. 
a=fmtp:96 profile-level-id=3; config=0000012000c488800c50604121463f
How to calculate value for config like in above line?
