[Mp4-tech] BSAC Decoder: Query about performance

Hi All,
We have optimized the ER-BSAC decoder on ARM926 platform and are getting
performance of around 24MHz for single channel input for all 48 layers
with two wait states.
We have a target of pushing it further down and are looking for some
ideas on the same..... Any idea how low (MIPS) one could go to?

I just started understaning mpeg4 video streaming. I am using darwin
streaming server.I am configuring DSS in reflector mode and created
SDP for the same. And I am using VLC as streamer.
I am creating SDP file by refering SDP output generated by VLC. So
streaming is working fine.
But I am not able to understand how to calculate config parameter in SDP
file.
Currently I am setting config parameter to the value generated by VLC.
a=fmtp:96 profile-level-id=3; config=0000012000c488800c50604121463f
How to calculate value for config like in above line?
