[Mp4-tech] [H.264 Video] bistreams questions

I have questions about bitstreams for decoder testing.
a. I have camp_mot_fld0_full.26l bitstream file that I obtained
   log time ago. At that time, I beleve I obtained many more
   bitstream files (over internet, I believe) [free].
   But I do not remember where I obtained. Can anybody help me to
   locate the web site or ftp site that I can obtain such
   test streams?
b. Allegro
    Allegro (I think independent from any international organization)
   sells some 'certified' bitstreams for decoder testing.
   I saw their web site and found they developed own encoder
   and produced bunch of bitstreams.
   Are those bitstreams widely used?  
   How good are they?  
   I do not have any of their bitstreams, and I want to know
   more in details.
c. other than Allegro, I know couple of other companies also sell
   bitstreams (not just for H.264 but also MPEG2...).
   Can anybody share experiences with those bitstreams?
    - quality in general
    - price
    - your confidence
d. I am seeking bitstream analyzers. I saw couple of demo (e.g.
Mindego)
   Do you know if there are other tools?  And in particular
   'freeware', if there is any.
