[Mp4-tech] FGS Reference Implementation

Hi all,
Can anyone point me to the reference implementation of MPEG-4 with FGS? 
I can't seem to find the MoMuSys implementation that is often mentioned, 
nor the Microsoft version.
Also, is FGS finally part of the published MPEG-4 specification, or is 
it in an amendment? I searched the iso site but I'm having trouble 
selecting the proper document.
N.B.
I've also tried to access http://megaera.ee.nctu.edu.tw/ (gets a lot of 
references on this mailinglist), but that server appears to be offline..
