Hello Barak,
regarding 1.: Yes, the PS conformance bitstreams are indeed now called 
al_sbr_ps_00 to al_sbr_ps_06.
regarding 2.: Yes and no. The conformance thresholds are indeed missing in 
this relaese, but adding them is not exactly as easy as you write. For a 
complete list of the current conformance criteria, please have a look at 
ISO/IEC 14496-4:2004/Amd.11:2006/Cor.2:2007 and do the comparison 
yourself.
