[Mp4-tech] [Video] Decoding Frame by Frame

Hi!
  I'm new to the reference codec and I'm trying to decode one frame at a
time from the bitstream using a reference frame or frames taken from an
input file.   I'm thinking that I could input the reference frames in
the init_dpb() function but any help on what to lookout for will be
appreciated.
