[Mp4-tech] Disable ac_pred_flag in MPEG-4 simple profile

Hi Experts,
I want to test my MPEG-4 encoded stream for simple profile with the momusys
reference encoder output. 
I would like to know how to disable AC DC  PREDICTION (ac_pred_flag). Can
anyone please advice me on this matter.
