[Mp4-tech] How to packet the mpeg4 buffer?

Hi Xiaowang,
Seems like you are dealing with a "progressive download" kind of streaming. 
You may need to prepare the file to have the moov atom at the beginning of 
the file so that your decoder and parser can be initialized.
