In the dumped out trace file by JM94 decoder,

At @302,the suffixLength is 0 while at @312,does "100" means the suffixLength is 2? If so,according to 
P161 of the H.264 standard(05/2003),"When suffixLength is equal to 0, suffixLength is set equal to 1",so,
here we should have suffixLength of 1 instead of 2? Am I right?
