Have you done any experiments with turning the deblocking filter off and on for video content that you think will be typical for this application at bit rates that you think will be typical?  My impression is that the deblocking filter is more useful than some people expect it to be.

	The deblocking filter is to improve the picture quality 
	and it's useful for low bit rate application. I think
	in the application of HDTV/DVD, this feature is not needed
	because the picure quality is so good that no improvement
	is needed.
