[Mp4-tech] split the tech list?

Hi all,
I think that there would be more disadvantages than benefits in 
splitting the technotes list. And the technotes list is not really
a high volume list (15 mails in the last week, 3 of them about
splitting the list ...). I would prefer to keep one list.
