Hello techies,
i am in the process of generating new mp4 video ES by selecting few I-VOPs from existing video ES. modulo_time_base value corresponding to the IVOP in the vop header has to be changed to the new timestamps. since modulo_time_base is a  variable length bitstring. i have to shift all subsequent bits of that VOP left/right depending on the number of modulo_time_base bits removed/added. Is there any method to avoid this?
