Hi,
if akiyo.seg file is needed to provide segmentation information to the
encoder to incorporate arbitrary shaped video object. In case you are
not using such features, and rectangle shape object (i.e. simple
frames), then having just empty frame in akiyo.seg seemed to be
working.
