[Mp4-tech] MPEG-4 part-2 es video player

It is required to have some file format with MPEG-4 part 2 elementry
unlike MPEG-2 part 2 elementry stream.
However, you can pack MPEG-4 part 2 elementry stream in .avi format or
so using openly available liberaries etc. Once that is done, you can
play them using Mplayer or so.
