[Mp4-tech] MoMuSys--How to make it error resilient

Hi All,
I have recently started working on MoMuSys. I encoded a base layer and an
enhancement layer. Then, I tried dropping some frames from the enhancement
layer and decode them again but the decoder doent seem to work.
After some reading on web I found that MoMuSys is not error resilient.
Is there some way this problem can be solved ?
Also it gives the error that "stuffing bits are not correct".
I am very very new to this stuff. So, please excuse me for such novice
not-so-professional language.
