Hi,
I hope the technical description in this article is more reliable than the computational complexity analysis. The authors seem to make 'clear' conclusions about 'significant computational advantages' over AVC based on a comparison against a non-optimized AVC decoder.
(And sorry for being a bit off topic) :)
