[Mp4-tech] including audio and video

Hello All,
    I am using the reference software core4 (IM1-2D player, BifsEnc and
Mux), does anyone know or have an example of how to include in the .scr file
audio and video (.media)  ?
    I am reusing some code which works with Osmose and mp4tools, but doesn't
seem to work for the reference software. It would be great if someone can
give me examples how I can include .media files in core4 version.
