[Mp4-tech] DMIF implementation

Hi all, I want to stream MPEG4 over RTP, actually I'm compressing video with XVID and WMV, I'm programing over VC++ for Win98 (VFW). Does anyone knows if XVID has DMIF implementation?, if not, where can I get a DMIF implemtentation or a CODEC that has it?
