[Mp4-tech] More recent audio reference code for MPEG4?

Good find.
I checked it and yes, this file (software) was explicitly designated by MPEG
as a public document.
There is no guarantee that it is correct or complete, since this is still in
a pre-final stage.
When Reference SW gets published, ISO makes it available for free anyway.
