[Mp4-tech] Unusual aspect ratio: portrait instead of landscape

Hi!
You can independently set the width and height of the video.
So it is absolutely no problem to have frame sizes of
576x720 or 1080x1920 or 16x1600 or whatever (max. 8191x8192
for MPEG-4 part 2)
