[M4IF Technotes] cbpy decoding

Hi, 
      How can i know the no of transparent blocks in decoding cbpy?  I couldn't find how to in the 14496-2. It'd be really great if i can get help because i'm having trouble continuing from that point onwards in demultiplexing the video input stream.   I saw a similar question in technotes archive but nobody answered that.
