[M4IF Technotes] VHDL implementation of MPEG-4

Hi£¬
  Our mpeg-4 team are now focus on the VHDL implementation of MPEG-4 core level 2, aiming at an IP solid core. But we have less exprience, and we are not clear how many gates the different parts(such as ME,shape coding, etc) requirs.
  Does anyone have the exprience of hardware implementation of MPEG-4? Please give  us your consultation.
