[M4IF Technotes] FGS profiles...

FGS can work on Advanced Simple and Simple Visual Profiles as base layers.
"Version 4" may have been true at some point but now has fairly
little meaning. The most useful reference is:
  ISO/IEC 14496-2:2001/Amd 2:2002 - "Streaming video profile"
