[M4IF Technotes] X3D/XMT compatibility

There are different flavors of "BIFS text" or BT format. IM1 uses one, ENST
tool another one... with very small differences but enough to make a VRML
syntax compliant parser crash!
At least XML representations (X3D or XMT-A) are standard.
