[M4IF Technotes] Regarding AMR data in 3GPP file format

Hi,
Does any one knows the AMR data format in 3GPP file? Is it AMR Interface
Format 1 (AMR IF1) or  AMR Interface Format 2 (AMR IF2) ?  I think, it is
AMR IF2 as per TS 26.101.  Can anybody  confirm it?
