I would like to ask some questions on H.264
1) Does H.264 support error resilience functions, (Resynchronization Marker, HEC, RVLC & data partitioning)?
2) What is the minimum and maximum bitrate for H.264?
3) What is the main application for H.264? for mobile video communications?
