[Mp4-tech] clarification on reference software

Hi all
           I am in need of a clarification on the availability of the
reference code at the mp4if site and the reference software that is
available at ISO/IEC  ie  ISO/IEC 14496-5:2001 ,Are both same ???? if not
in what way they differ ???
