[Mp4-tech] Question about definition of Profiles@Levels for VisualEncoder

The size of the image is specified in the number of macroblocks. For
example SP L1 says that the maximum number of Macroblocks is 396 which can
be arranged in many different ways
such as
22MBx18MB = 352x288 (CIF)
or
1MB x 396 = 16x6336
or any other combination that fits this. In this example 480x720 would not
be possible because that would require 1350 Macroblocks.
When it says typical it means the many applications would use.
