Giuseppe,
I believe the mp4creator tool from our mpeg4ip open source package can do
what you want. It will take a MPEG-4 video ES from a file, and create an
.mp4 file from it. The mp4 file will have the video track, minimal OD and
BIFS tracks (as per ISMA 1.0), and optionally an RFC 3016 hint track so the
video can be streamed over IP networks. If that matches your needs, you can
download the package from http://sourceforge.net/projects/mpeg4ip
