[M4IF Technotes] about the Mpeg-4 decoder

Hi,
  This is a postgraduate from the Chinese University of HongKong. I am
very sorry to bother you. But now I have a problem. I am now working
on the error resilient tools of Mpeg-4. After testing the Microsoft-fdam1-2.3-001213.zip,
I found that the decoder can not decode the bit-streams with errors. That is
to say, the decoder will stop working while decoding the streams with errors.
  Can you give me some suggestions on how to solve it?
