More details on MPEG, there is an AHG on Systems/Audio/Video conformance
and bitstream exchange.
The mandate for Systems is below and everybody can join :
N4870	Ad Hoc Group on MPEG-4 Conformance
Mandate: 
1.	Complete cross-checking of existing streams.
2.	Conduct the discussions on 14496-4.
3.	Produce conformant bitstream for the profile   levels included in
ISO/IEC 14496-1 and check if they exercise all the functionality of the
said profile   level.

We are evaluating the possibility to make it available to the industry
but this is not straighforward wit ISO.
