Hi,
     I am having a doubt in ISO/IEC 14496-3:2001(E) Annex 3.B MPEG-4 CELP
encoder tools.
the n_lpc_analysis value for 8 KHz is given as (sbfrm_size/80)
Can you please confirm whether it is sbfrm_size or frame_size.
