FW: [MPEGIF Discuss] AVC Licensing Survey

There seems to be a spam filter at work with the annoying habit of 1)
filtering out legitimate emails and 2) sending such filtered mail back to
the list making it appear as though it came from the original sender. We
have put all posters on 'moderate' so that we can trap these mails. Also, we
probably know who causes this, and we will contact those list members.
Apologies for the inconvenience.
