Yes. "Reasonable" is the keyword here. 
The opposite is "unreasonable".
I have heard and read a lot about the proposed licensing scheme.
What is important in these discussions is to establish *where* 
the proposed terms are unreasonable. This should be demonstrated
by 'cold data' - facts, that is. We can't get enough of those.
