[M4IF Discuss] Questions about the hourly usage fee for MPEG4

Thanks Jeff.
M4IF will shortly revive its dormant 'Licensing WG4' which has studied
models
for licensing. It's charter is to come up with alternatives for the
licensors
to consider. 
With the remark that I assume your encoding fee to only apply to 
"for-remuneration-content" I'll leave it to others to comment for the
moment.
